Lavoûte on the Loire
With the turning of a way…
The Romance church of the XII ème century, classified historic building, with single nave, is the only building of the vicinity having crossed the test of time without too much damage. In front of, a fountain liberally gives its water to the villagers. Definitely less since the water-company collected upstream elsewhere…
Inside, a small lady of Puy takes care, protected by a wrought iron grid. All in top, almost hidden, two statues make us a wink.
Another virgin, retorts her older sister, hides in a niche. All celà makes that the place is quite pleasant, very soft, with the shelter of the tourists (a paperboard posed through the entry empèche only wandering dogs to penetrate in the church…)
