Fountain Saint-Colomban

Saint Colomban is a hamlet, close to the sea, on the common Frenchwoman of Carnac in Morbihan. Its fountain, of the XVI ème century, sheltered a statue of the Saint formerly. The unit was registered with the inventory of the historic buildings in May 1966, at the same time as the village located a little further and which one only reaches by an open road in 1968. shady walks of Mané Kerioned

We are here with the “Hillock of Kerioneds” in other words to the hillock of the goblins. The goblins are beings of small size which according to popular beliefs', but also according to the mythological texts' oldest, haunt the underground residences of the other world. According to the legends, the goblins like to play of the turns to human and in particular, to make them lose their way, especially night.
