The vault Sainte-Agathe

Not far from Saint-Desiré on a headland where a way of cross arrives, is the vault Sainte-Agathe. Place of pélerinage, it preserves Romance parts. It includes/understands a nave, finished by a small apse and two absidioles. a square bell-tower dominates the frontage. Of up there, an imposing landscape is offered to our eyes. And the guardian is always there…

Saint Désiré

Parish of the old diocese of Bourges. One believes capacity to identify the place of Saint-Desired with that of Salviacus, where a vault dedicated to Saint Martial rose originally. The current name of the place would have been given thereafter in the honor of the bishop of Bourges, Désiré, which would have died in Salviacus in the middle of VIème century.
