The fountain Saint Tugen

The discovery of many polished stone axe and arrowheads flint to the point of Kastel attests a human presence with the Neolithic era on the territory of Primelin. Ovoid stones and tombs of the bronze age testify to the continuity of this occupation, as well as steles of the iron age. At the 5th century, holy Primel would have évangélisé the area, Primelin forming then part of its parish Plougon-Plogoff mother. In VIème century, holy Tugen built there its hermitage.
